Can you guess what this is? Now don't be hasty. Take a good look at the cobbler and tell me what you think it is made of. Apples? Pears? You won't believe it but it is zucchini! Yes, zucchini as in zucchini squash and it is absolutely delicious. This is a wonderful way to use up all that zucchini from the garden.
